High Power Ultrasonic 922JA Converter for Using with IW Model Integrated Bechtop Welders
Description:
Replacement converter for Branson model 922JA (101-135-049), for use with 920IW or IW+ model integrated benchtop welders or 920 D/M (2000 watt) power supplies using actuator or assembly stand These converters are made in a highly controlled and repeatable manner to duplicate the performance of the OEM models. All of the components used in construction of these Branson 922J replacement converters are all new, not recovered from scrapped units.
The basic components of the transducer: the horn, the piezoelectric ceramic group, the electrode, the back cover, the high-strength bolt, combined into an ultrasonic transducer, and the transducer is fixed in the protective case. The horn has a certain amplitude amplification ratio.
Important main material of the transducer: the trumpet head and the piezoelectric ceramic group
Transducer process: design and assembly and meet its parameter requirements to ensure the quality of the material
Aluminum alloy transducer: its horn and protective case, electroplated or oxidized for aluminum alloy
Titanium alloy transducer: its horn is made of titanium alloy, protective shell, stainless steel
