Description:

The convergent ultrasonic atomization nozzle is combined with low-pressure air/gas to produce a soft, highly focused small droplet beam. Usually, compressed air/gas of 1 psi is introduced into the diffusion chamber of the air guide hood surrounding the nozzle, generating a uniformly distributed air/gas flow around the nozzle rod. The spray generated by the ultrasonic wave at the tip of the valve stem is immediately entrained in the low-pressure air/airflow. The adjustable focusing mechanism on the wind deflector can fully control the spray width. The spray hood is very narrow and shaped like an hourglass. The width of the shape is controlled by adjusting the distance between the nozzle and the substrate, ranging from 0.07-1.0 inches (1.78-25 mm).
